For a company that has been in business for such a long time and being a member of the BBB why is it that a simple request to look after alarms at a current homeowner has fallen to the wayside? Why are you not looking after this request after repeated requests?
I've been using Affordable Security Systems for my home and office intrusion alarms for almost a decade. Their service is always excellent and prompt. I recommend Affordable to my clients whenever they as who they should use for their home or business alarm systems and monitoring. Stu, Lorne and their techs are always a pleasure to deal with.
This is such a great company to deal with! Lorne is so responsive and helpful.
I'm giving this place 5-stars on the basis of excellent customer service, as well. I had a similar issue to another reviewer and called around to ten different alarm system installers and electricians for help. Lorne actually picked up the phone, gave me some initial guidance, and then later walked me through step by step how to resolve my alarm issue (once I could get in front of the terminal). I agree with the other commenter about the customer service being great. I had a similar issue with wanting to disconnect my current system and Lorne walked me through the steps without even charging me anything. If/when we decide to replace our system with a new model I am going straight to these guys because the experience was great and they contact you right away.
