Samantha is amazing at her job. She goes above and beyond for her customers and takes pride in her facility. She is not only the facility manager but also the district manager. Even with being the district manager she keeps her facility clean, maintained and provides excellent customer service. We recommend her and Affordable Secure Storage to everyone we know.
Samantha was so great to work with. She took time before we even started the rental process to show us the covered RV units and the storage areas so that we were comfortable with the location. The whole process was easy and it's very affordable.
Lots of roaches. Thankfully it wasn't me that rented here. But feel bad for my buddy who did. Went in here late to help unload and roaches were everywhere both dead and live. Thankfully for my buddy we had a spot outside of his house to put his stuff to spray it and let it sit. Came back a few days after and the roaches were still on the floor.
Very accommodating and super easy process to get a storage unit! Climate controlled units and regular units available at fair prices, highly recommend!!
We moved here from NY and have been renting storage at this place for the last several months. It’s well lit, super clean and secure. My husband particularly liked that there was no chance of damage from any flooding that might occur from weather. It’s easy to get in and out, and the storage units are spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend!
