Purchased scrubs from here and had help from Arman, 2 days later we came back to the store because the scrubs were not actually needed. We were told they are not capable of returning products even though they were never touched, with tags, and receipt. I have never heard of a business that does not accept their merchandise back so please be advised and make sure it is actually what you want before considering here or leaving the store with a purchase.
Charged my card twice. Now I have to drive all the way back there to get a refund on the second charge. Not appolagetic. Blamed the issue on the card processing company. Will always buy online from now on.
