This review is directly related to their online sales as well as customer communication. On 7/30/25 I placed an online order after placing the order quickly realized one of the 3 windows ordered was not the right size. I called no big deal they were able to remove the window and send me an updated invoice showing I was owed a refund of 127.74. Listing both shipping and product pricing.
