I had an electrical problem while at a campground. I called Jim, and although he wasn’t able to come help, he talked me through troubleshooting over the phone, never rushed me, and wouldn’t bill me for his time. I’ll be hiring Jim the next time I have an issue. Super customer service!

Passing through Waco and had an AC issue. Jim answered my call and arrived promptly to get our AC back in business. Jim is prompt, efficient, personable and very affordable!!
Jim was amazing! I called one afternoon because my water had a weird smell and my ac wasn’t blowing good. He called me back within 10 minutes and was at my rv within 30. Jim flushed out the water heater tank and fixed my ac. His prices are very affordable and I will definitely be calling him when I need help again.
Great service,priced right. Very helpful and probably spent more time on me than he should have. We got the issue diagnosed and repairs done quickly. He even called to check up on us while we were traveling. Highly recommend and we will call him again with any RV problems. Thanks again , Jim.
