They didn't do the work that my insurance required them to do. Not only did they shortcut the work, they didn't replace the roof on my shed. I had to call and notify them that the job wasn't complete. They didn't want to replace the shed roof and I had to get my insurance provider involved with enforcing the repair. They caused damage to my property during the roof replacement and I had to hire a separate contractor to complete those repairs. Affordable Roofing was fast and communicated great! I am so happy we went with them to replace our roof after that hail storm we had. Will forever use them in the future. I highly recommend them!
I was very happy with the job and work that was done. Then after a month after job was paid in full I get a new bill for $599.50 for strange vents that were installed in my roof, the vents I allready have have been fine for 48 years. Not very happy.
It you want a company that does good looking roof but forgets to put up your guts after your done and leave a huge mess including nail, and if they fix your roof over your garage you can guarantee I huge mess in your garage better hope there is no car because it will be covered in wood pieces and scratched and possibly worse. But when it comes to the roof shingles it wasn't too bad I guess.
