Affordable roofing did the roof replacement of a house I was purchasing back in 2019. The roof started leaking with the first fall of snow. Took an act of God to get the leak repaired by them. They kept claiming that it was condensation. Ended up going to the city of Cheyenne for inspection. 5 items had to be addressed. 3 years later another leak developed. Then, Hail did me a favor.
