Dennis is awesome. Take notice that there are several contractors in the area who go by "affordable." You want Dennis. My roof is perfect and, more to the point, my roof because of the way it is built, turned out to be a LOT more work than either of us expected. I recently moved into the area and within a couple of thunderstorms I noticed some of my shingles missing at the back of my house. Our POA has a bulletin board at the entrance to our complex and Affordable Roofing had a sign near it. I took a chance and called. Dennis Brown the owner answered and said he would take a look at it. 1st off, this company lives up to its name. the price was cheaper than all the other prices i got and it looks really good. my neighbors had their home roofed about six months ago by another company and they show up every time it rains. i'm happy to say i dont have that problem.hey! look at my new roof.
I got my new metal roof put on almost two years ago. It is as different as night and day compared to the shingle roof when it comes to the sound,insulation, and beauty. I love my new metal roof!! It is so attractive and really makes the house look a lot better!! I got the clay color and it is so nice and neutral! We have had lots of nice comments on it from friends and neighbors. The electrical bill has gone down $30 in one month so far!! We are trying to sell it and the potential buyers say that it is a nice selling point and really makes the house look sharp!
