Found out halfway through the job that they were not licensed to do business in Washington. Lied to us for weeks about talking to the county to get permits for our job because they were unable to obtain them since they were not licensed. we had no choice but to let them finish the job because we were 3/4 of the way through by the time we found out. Owner contacted us less than hour after sending online message about mold remediation. His crew cane out the next day and 3 days later, work was completed. Crew was very nice and professional. Problem solved and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

They were supposed to hook up my bathroom vent to the roof on the place I bought as part of purchase negotiations. 6 months later I found out they never piped the vent to the ceiling or drilled a hole - 2,500 dollars to remediate some possible mold and installation of a fake vent placed on the roof to make it look like they did some work.

We were quoted a price and told what work would be done on our home we were selling. When the workers came we had to remind them what work was quoted to us as they were leaving because they hadn’t done everything. They had to come back a couple times for that reason. Then 6 months after we sold our house they wanted $500 more for something that should’ve been covered under the warranty.

When another company in town didn't show up for their scheduled appt, I contacted Affordable Restoration right away to see if they would be willing and able to get the job done. Not only did they do an excellent job but they got out there ASAP because we were on a tight time crunch. This was also during the holidays! They ended up doing more work than the previous company proposed- getting down to the root of the issue so it shouldn't ever be a problem again. I highly recommend Affordable Restoration.
