I was really pleased with the process of buying new windows for my condominium. My only disappointment is one of the screens was either lost or damaged by ARWS. I paid for the services and was given in writing the fact that they still owe me a screen. It has been over four months now, and I still don't have a screen for one of my windows. Rico, Bart and Shawn were a delight to work with. Bart and Rico were Professional and their prices were the best we found. Shawn was also professional, prompt and meticulous with the installation of our windows. All were installed same day and we could not be happier. I would recommend this company and will use them again when we replace our patio doors.
They came in with a great quote and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. The new door really improved the look of our house and is very energy efficient.
So, I would recommend these guys 100% any day. Their style fits what I’m looking for in a company. They are a small, local owned company, which I prefer to do business with, and they are true to their name. Affordable. A well deserved 5 for AWRS. Working with Rico was a good experience he was upfront honest, clear and very respectful and also affordable. I had 5 different quotes and AWRS had the best price. I want to thank Shawn, Jamie, Tommy, Mando & Juan for respecting my home they wore mask while working at my house during this situation wth this Covid but like I believe the show must go on.
