We had a mold problem in our garage due to an unknown disconnected HVAC duct in the ceiling causing moisture. I suffered with a chronic cough for almost a year, not knowing we had a mold problem in the garage ceiling located under our bedroom. All damage was removed, treated, and repaired. Highly recommend!! I cannot say enough great things about this company! They are professional, kind, and efficient! We compared against ServPro and went with Affordable Remediation because of the excellent customer service and their deep knowledge of water and mold damage issues. I cannot say enough positive things about affordable remediation. This is the second experience I’ve had with Dominick and both have been pleasant, easy, and non stressful. Dominick is extremely friendly , understanding, and compassionate. The first experience we did an air test on our home for a peace of mind no remediation was required. We had a slow leak over a period of years that ended up doing a lot of damage. Dominick De Fendis described the services available and they got to work very quickly. More work had to be done, once they got started, and they were up to the task. Work was completed on time and on budget. Very fair pricing! I'm grateful to Dom and his experienced crew.
