We received a letter from Oregon Water Resources Department stating our well readings were a year overdue. I called and spoke with Doug and he went out of his way to assist me with this matter. Doug called me back several times as he went online and found neither well was on our property.If you’re looking for exceptional customer service give them a call. Thanks again Doug for all you do.
