This company doesn’t deserve a star.Unfortunately, the only way I can gain access to leave a review, is to click on a star. First off this company is not license, he hold the deposit which was half a whole week before starting the job. When the job started he hired someone off the street who never put up a fence before doing the job. I asked the guy how long he been installing fences. Very poor work. If I didn't have to leave a star he would've gotten none. Fence started falling apart weeks after installation. Short cuts were definitely taken. Vital procedures were skipped over. No attemp was made to rectify the poor work that was received. Several calls were made just to have them string me along into thinking someone would come fix the shabby work that was done. After a while they just stopped accepting my phone calls. There were no wooden post where there should've been. Whole fence had no support.
I want to take a moment to personally thank Mark, the owner of AYP, for all his help and incredible patience during our fence installation process. We had some challenges getting HOA approval for the specific fence we wanted, and Mark was so understanding and supportive throughout. After finally getting the approval, I initially wanted to go with a cheaper quote from another company which would've been a huge mistake.
