I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this propane company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. First, their delivery policy was terrible — they repeatedly refused to fill my tank until it was critically low (practically on fumes), which left me stressed during cold weather and at risk of running out completely. I stopped in to get 2 cylinders refilled and she couldn't be bothered. She told me to come back later. She was on the phone. Was incredibly rude. Skrew that. I went to Walmart and used the machine. They lost my business
Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Their service technicians and customer service representatives are attentive and caring. Very good customer service and definitely look forward to working with them for all of our propane needs.
