Chapman Wilson put in a pool for Mr. and Mrs. Small in 2012. There were no complaints with electrical or the pool at the time. All permits were obtained and all inspections passed. Mr. and Mrs. Small called our company in January of 2013 and said they believed their salt system was not acting properly. I had some windows installed in my rental house. From start to end the whole process went so smoothly. Wayne Stanley was very informative on the type of windows I was getting. The company kept me up to date on each step of the process. After it was all done, the workers cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was. I was very happy with this company and would recommend them for any home improvement service!

Just had my bathroom remodeled and again they outperformed themselves and went beyond my expectation. After shopping around, they helped me maintain spending within my budget. They completed the job right on time and the personnel were very professional. This is not the first time I dealt with Chapman-Wilson. They worked on the siding on my house and when completed company representative came over and inspected the work. I never even got to see their work. I had them do a walk-through for a bathroom remodel, for which they were on time and very professional. After that I didn't receive the estimate promised, a phone call, email or anything. I called them a month and a half after the walk through to see if they were still working on the estimate, or just ignoring me. They not only were rude to me and acted like it was my fault, but they said they would call me back. Of course they never called. You don't treat potential customers this way. No... read more
