Great service. Any issue attended to promptly. We hired again for this season.
Replaced a gas heater for my pool. They did a great job.
Kirk rescued my pool from disaster. He is honest and direct, very friendly and gets the job done. Living two hours away, I can trust Kirk to do exactly what he says he is doing. He contacts me when necessary and lets me know if he encounters any problems. He is very professional, just the way customer service should be.
Normally my dad opens and maintains the family pool, but this year, the family business had to relocate to South Texas, which left leaving the opening to my mom. My mom was going out of town, so I was given the job to find someone to help open the pool. Needless to say I goofed on the first company, they were incompetent and blew the pump! It was a nightmare I Googled and went down the list and each company would make excuses and really give me a hard time about my timing. This is a very good pool company to use . The owner is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Give them a try and you won't be sorry.
