Great communication, easy to book with great flexibility & great punctuality.
Paul came and inspected our pool and we had a few things we needed to address for compliancy. Not knowing exactly what was required to make it compliant it was good to get a report . Anyways paid him ahead of time, however once we followed the recommendations and got him back to issue the certificate, we were charged once again. I questioned this as this was not communicated to us after the first inspection that we would again be responsible for another $200 fee.
