Excellent customer service!. Eric went above and beyond my expectations! Eric has always been honest, up front, and very courteous when it comes to the service needs of my hot tub. My hot tub is my lifeline due to health issues. So getting it back up and running quickly is his main focus!. I have a Master spa fully refurbished by Eric. In the 8 years , my spa has been down 4 times. All issues that were easily trouble shot and repaired quickly. I'm thankful to have met Eric , his knowledge regarding hot tubs is impressive.
