Terrible experience completely unprofessional given a time window for 1 pm text the day of just to confirm no response time window comes no call no show completely ghosted when I reached out still no response I’ve never seen this from any business can’t even get someone on the phone

I called this company and they were able to come out the same day. I paid $90 for them to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. I noticed that it was still leaking the next day. I called them back. They came by that day to tell me they had to fix something else for someone else and that they would be back. They never came back. I called serveral times over the next few days and never got an answer or call back. My sink still leakes.
