Philip and his guys have been working on 4 new cabins at our resort AND an additional water line we needed from Boone County for the last 7 months. We have been very impressed with their service and prices. When we have had a 911 emergency they have been out within hours of our call to fix our problem. Knowledgeable staff. Reliable prompt and honest
No call no show. Said they would be here and then said they got caught up at a job, which is fine. But never called the next day back so i called. Then they said they would call me at 2, they didn't, i called them at 3, straight to voicemail, that was days ago... never heard from them again. No call no show, very unprofessional for the communicaiton. I had high hopes, they seemed nice.
