I called this Company yesterday from a google search with a toilet issue. First, it was refreshing to immediately talk to a real person instead of an AI fake. Then after describing the issue, Megan took the time to put me on hold to contact the Plummer directly to ask if he had a recommendation to troubleshoot then provided a fix for us to try & scheduled an appointment 2 days out to assist with a free estimate if the issue & potential fix didn't work.
