Affordable Plumbing Co is anything but affordable. I was charged a service charge for walking in my bathroom and telling me they did not have parts to fix my faucet and did not know where to get them. I ordered the parts online and called to have them fix the faucet. I was again charged a service charge, even though I reminded them what had happened. As stated in another review, no customer service.
Made an appointment for critical work to be performed at 8:00 am the next day then the next morning at 7:40 AM called with lame story about one of the plumbers was sick and needed to reschedule 2 or 3 days later. Acted like it was no big deal, I said it had to be the day of the appointment and she just cancelled the call. I will never call them again for anything.
