I had a simple problem. I simply had a bad valve on my hot water heater which was causing pressure issues. After the $40 trip charge and then the other $100 charge for removing the valve, the problem was still not fixed. Now get this....the plumber put a marble in my hot water nipple so the pressure would still be bad and trying to cause more of a job for himself!!!!!!!!! Hot water heater disaster! We had a Renter in a unit and the hot water heater failed. Water was every where... First company to come to mind Affordable Plumbing!
