Manny arrived early, seemed to immediately understand the issue (leak in feeder). he fixed it with no issues, explained it to me, gave me some general information on possible upgrades and left with everything neat and working. all in less than an hour. I would call many and affordable again. thx
Technicians were polite and SMART. It was Manny and I can't remember his name but he did introduce himself, a young man with dreads. Both very smart and not a lazy bone in their bodies. Unlike other companies, Affordable Plumbing's techs don't try to upcharge. Instead they EDUCATE. They told me about jetting and I learned it was the best thing for my pipes. Thank you Manny and Dreads!!! I have the jet clean scheduled for Monday.
