I had a leak under my house and called Dan at One call away plumbing and he was the most pleasant person to speak with. He told me that his assistant Cody would be out at my house that afternoon and even after it raining that day, Cody showed up and got the job done and in a very speedy manor. Cody the worker was amazing the owner Dan was very rude I was debating wether or not Cody had been there 3 or 4 hours I proceed to say I’m okay with the work but since the piece he put in blew out because it was not tight enough it took it over a little bit. I tell Dan this he tells me “Stop bitchin, he dug it up with a shovel and worked hard and I didn’t even charge you the 200 after hour fee!!!” First off if you gave your workers the proper materials to actually work you wouldn’t have to hire your family/Sons to do all you... read more

The owner was very upfront with his pricing when Cody the tech came out he stopped me before he did anything made me apart of the whole ordeal and cleaned my driveway once he was finished. I never like paying money but it felt like it was worth it this time around
