If I can give less stars, I would. The owner of this company I gave a bad review to for poor workmanship. He was then reassigned to me at another location and refused service, but lied saying I couldn’t be reached to American home shield warranty company leaving me with a leaky house for two weeks. He never canceled the request. I just left the service request open I finally.reached out to complain and I was told that he stated that he never was able to contact me and they closed the service request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This business deserves a negative number in the star rating to warn potential customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received- very dishonest business practices. This guy has NO CLUE what he is doing. If American Home Shield assigns them to your job ask for another company. AHS had to send another (very reputable) company to fix the mistakes that he made and address issues that he refused to. We are reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on them!!!
SCAMMER
American Home Shield sent this company out to fix my sewer clog. The owner, Rodney West, came out to fix my problem. He was on time so I’ll give him that credit. He only had his snake on the truck; however, he didn’t have an extension cord to plug it in so I loaned him mine. He didn’t have a camera to see what was going on or even know where the clog was; nor did he have the cutter tool to cut thru whatever was causing the problem.
