Affordable Plumbing is a dishonest company. When Rodney arrived he did not even look at the tankless hot water heater that quit working and said it’s an electrical issue. Even I knew that to be wrong. He just wanted to pass off the work to someone else and keep the $125 we had to pay to American Home Shield for the service call.He finally admitted the tank was getting power and opened the unit. Garbage disposal issue resolved. Rodney West with Affordable Plumbing referred by American Homeshield was very professional and communicated well throughout the entire troubleshooting process. He kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything clearly. We ended up needing to replace the garbage disposal, and he handled the job efficiently and professionally. Definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing and Rodney for anyone needing plumbing services.
Our garbage disposal quit and we went through our home warranty company. Affirdable plumbing came out right away and replaced the garbage disposal. They were very professional and friendly.
If I can give less stars, I would. The owner of this company I gave a bad review to for poor workmanship. He was then reassigned to me at another location and refused service, but lied saying I couldn’t be reached to American home shield warranty company leaving me with a leaky house for two weeks. He never canceled the request.
