I had my daughter drop off my Yorkie to be groomed. I had a picture of how I wanted her groomed. The groomer took a picture of the picture. My daughter picked her up brought her home I was so upset she looked nothing like the picture I was in tears my dog was so ugly I could not live with it. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they gave me to the groomer that groomed my dog I told her I was not happy and that she looked nothing like picture, was told that she had different fur then the dog in picture reply was real... read more
Recommendedthis was the first time I have taken my 22 month old puppy to a groomer. she's naturally timid, they took the time to make her feel comfortable and the staff was awesome
We took our 5 month old Cocker Spaniels to be groomed. Our little male came home severely traumatized. He was so lethargic he couldn’t keep his eyes open and wouldn’t eat or drink. He started to throw up bloody phlegm. I called back to the salon and asked if he could have got into something. They told me he was reacting that way because it took 2 people to hold him down because he had anxiety. Who holds down a 5 month old puppy?
