They don't know what their doing First of all I wouldn't even have given this place a star but you have to rate it something... I have taken my pets here specifically my Yorkie several times. NEVER AGAIN Very dissatisfied. I take my dog to be groomed every 5 to 6 weeks but I will never take it back to Affordable Pet Grooming. The customer service is very unprofessional and immature. The first time I took my dog there I asked for them to keep the same pattern and leave her beard when I picked her up she was all shaved and no beard. worst business owner ever!! I would never take my pets to this place again. The level of maturity and class of this place is on a level of its own. I took my dog in to have it groomed. My simple instructions were to trim her but dont take anything off the head. When i went to pick my dog up she was completly shaved!! Abusive? My mother, daughter and myself have all taken our dogs here to be groomed on a regular basis, until now. I had to stop by a shop located next to the groomers shop and parked right in front of the groomer. I sat in my car and watched them for a moment and saw one of the groomers having trouble with a little poodle. The poodle stood up on his hind legs trying to pull back and the lady grabbed the dog by its head and shoved its head down onto the table and layed her other arm into it to hold it down. Affordable Pet Grooming is the best Took my dog thier got the best grooming and paid a lot less than I normally pay. My dog came back very happy. The staff was great to work with me and will be going back.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I took my dog there for a bath and teeth brushing and they ended up getting her mixed up with another dog and shaved her! She's a lab! Who shaves a lab, especially in the winter?! Then we also discovered that they had shaved one of her nipples off and they also use a pet cologne (didn't tell us that they use that) after using a hypoallergenic shampoo. The cologne gave me a major allergic reaction until I discovered the source of the problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Affordable Pet Grooming is the best place I have used. This place was great. Took my dog there and they did a way better job than Petsmart plus half the price. I recommended to everyone I know. Even have my cousin taking his two dogs there now.
I would not recommend! They offer cheap pet grooming however, I would not recommend this groomers. The staff are unfriendly and I was not at all happy with the way they cut my dog's coat.
Excellent Care For Your Pet Affordable Pet Grooming is VERY affordable and efficient for pet grooming. I take my dog here. She likes the services. She is never scared and she is very clean and well-groomed afterwards. They also offer discounts for first-time customers and they have appointments available although you can bring your pet in and they will try to fit him or her into their schedule.
