First, let me start by saying. I had never heard of this place. Someone told me about it and so I figured I would call. I called at 9 o'clock in the morning. Because my dog needed to be groomed as soon as possible. I love this place I’ve been going to them for 2 years now and they do the best grooming sessions I’ve ever had and the prices are very good. The owner is so sweet and kind. I have two big Alaskan malamute and their hair is very hard to handle but she makes them look so beautiful every single time I come and when I leave, she sprays them with Dior perfume! Did not provide the service that i asked for. Very rude when you express a concern, blames the costumer for her worker not completing job correctly. Says she accepts card then ask for cash last minute.
Staff is very friendly and provide excellent service.
