I have been going to APC vet for years with my pets, I can not speak highly enough of them, they love what they do & it shows in the care they provide. I recently 3 months ago in June had to use a service of theirs that no pet owner ever wants to do. While their prices are decent, I was just told that since I was 2 minutes past their grace time at an appointment they couldn’t see me. I was stuck in traffic. I have waited many times (almost every time) for them to see my dogs after my appointment time, and one time for almost an hour but didn’t leave. They acted like they could do me a favor by moving my appointment and not charge me another $25 deposit. I’ve spent quite a lot of money at this place. My dog has an ear infection and is in pain. This vet service is hands down the best around!! You pay a $25 fee for the appointment. Obviously, they have had too many ppl not keep / call to reschedule them. I was ok with the fee bc they take it off the service. The vet, the assistant, was soo helpful and friendly!! Didn't talk to you like you're an idiot, explained everything. Gave you the price before they did the service. Let me tell you, it's so nice to find a vet that just wants to help you , and not charge you an arm n leg!! Customer for life here!!
