Affordable Party Rentals communicated effectively throughout the process, delivered when they said they would and truly helped make our event exceptional. We ended up not using the side panels in Memphis, August heat, and we appreciated that the guys who came to install the tent mentioned it because it would have been an oven. The fans, lights, and speaker were great, along with all the tables, linen and high quality tent. I already referred them to several people who attended and likely will have an occasion.
10/10 experience! Rented tent, tables and chairs for my wedding and it could not have been more perfect!

Easy and very professional experience
Affordable Party Rentals was AMAZING!! This was my first time renting a stage. I was clueless on what was needed. However, they worked with me and presented options. They were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Also, the price was reasonable and within our event budget. I will definitely use them again.
