An animal got into our garage and chewed through the sensor on our garage door. The lady on the telephone and Justin who made the service call were both very nice. I was alerted when Justin was on the way and he had the parts needed on his truck. The repair was made quickly and I was able to use my garage door by that afternoon. I am a satisfied customer!
After being recommended by my Brother-in-Law, Lanny Miller, I called Affordable Overhead and requested a quote to replace my Sears Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener. They did a phenomenal job on my install. Very clean and were there when they said they would be, doors were custom order and came in without delay or issue. After about 6 months of opening them frequently they started to get slightly hard to open, (normal for new doors to break in a little). I called and they were there within a week with no questions asked to adjust the springs to make them easier to open. Very professional and I HIGHLY recommend them.
We had our garage door installed today. Levi was a fantastic tech. He walked us through the operation of the WiFi and made sure we had all we needed. The price was 1/3 of the other companies in the area for a similar product. Use this local company with confidence.
