Friendly staff however I bought a "new" desk from there not only was it missing tons of screws the shelves inside the desk we damaged beyond repair. This was a showroom model listed as new and whoever put it together just put half the screws into the thing using incorrect screws in some places which caused multiple splits in the wood. The under side of the desk you can see that someone put screws in the wrong spot back then out which caused wood damage as well.
