Darren wrote up a contract and demanded 1/3 in advance. I signed the contract and paid in advance. He said on Tuesday he’d be there on Wednesday. On Wednesday, he didn’t call or show up. I finally contacted him, he made up some excuse. It’s two weeks later, and I haven’t gotten my deposit back. He’s definitely uncommunicative, seemingly dishonest, and possibly, a thief.
