Extremely disappointed that two separate bouquets I ordered over Mother’s Day were completely wrong. One wasn’t even the same flower I ordered and the other didn’t remotely resemble the bouquet advertised.

I highly do not recommend this business for floral delivery. I ordered a set of flowers to be delivered local to Mayfield. The residence is less than a mile from their location and this was done in a week in advanced. On the day of delivery I get an email from this company that the floral arrangement was refunded in full and the reason "outside of their delivery range". There should have been better communication from this business. Going forward I will use other floral shops in the area.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were quite late. I had asked that they be there by 10 am for family visitation. They arrived closer to noon. Also, they had volunteered to send a picture the night before when they put the arrangement together. I never received it.

I am out of state and used Lana's Floral Shop / Affordable Occasions Floral Shop / to send a sympathy gift to local funeral home. Lana was so helpful, even texted pics to help choose the gift AND double checked the funeral service date & time for me. Exceptional service!
