I had an appointment with this individual and when I arrived, she told me that she couldn't help me because she didn't have the correct stamps. She said my number had been misplaced and for that reason she couldn't call me to cancel. She has no booking system and she just asks that you give her a call when you arrive at the lobby of a residential building.
