Driving to Toowoomba discovering i had a nail in my tyre, I found this small business very handy to the Grand Central shopping centre where I could occupy myself. Paul booked me in for 2:30 a little later than my planned arrival. I dropped the car in at 1pm expecting to be some time. To my surprise the car was ready, tyre repaired even before 2:30. Poor customer service. The younger bloke there gets stroppy over nothing, saying garbage like "i don't want my time being wasted" when the whole purpose of the call was to book the car in. Then when challenged on it he doesn't have even have an adequate response. These amateurs changed my tyres and didn't even balance them. I told them immediately after i got back on the Gore Hwy and felt severe wobble in the steering wheel. but their answer is bring it back, no mate it is a 2.5 hour round trip for me, i am already taking ti... read more

Great service, good above & beyond. Second Time I have seen there guys. Will continue to get My tyres from them.
Bad experience as they charged me for things I didn’t consent to happen to my vehicle. No calls to ask of this was something I’m aware of or would like have some done about the issue. After I confronted them, all they could offer was a small apology and thought it would be in my best wishes to have these things changed without my knowledge. I only noticed about I went through the invoice piece by piece. No mention of things changed apart from the things I asked.
