Dependable and got the job done
Ghosted me on moving day. Called, texted, emailed, no response. One of the worst things that can happen when you're moving. Absolutely unacceptable. Scheduled a month in advance with multiple check-ins, by the way.
Completely horrible Called and discussed my move date and items being moved. I had a truck and trailer scheduled to be there and just needed 1-2 hours of labor. Eddie sent me a quote, I approved it and I spoke on the phone with him to confirm everything. They then stopped communication the day before my move. I reached out by phone, text, and email to confirm, and they never answered and never showed up the day of my move. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
Can’t say enough about Eddie and Caroline! Wow, really efficient service. They are professional, friendly, courteous, on-time and really took care in wrapping and moving the furniture and boxes. Used moving pads and are making our cross-country move easier and less stressful by packing our containers. Thank you again!
