They were booked and did not show up on the date that the booked for. My son had to call them to find out what was going on and they stated the guy that was supposed to move then walked out 1/2 way through the shift. So instead of trying to get them asap they stated they could only do a certain day. They was supposed to come yesterday between 2-4 and 20 minutes before they was supposed to show i got a message saying that their other move was taking longer and it would be another 2-3 hours before they were able to come. I'm in Lawrenceburg ky and was just moving to the other side of town. 6 p.m. came and still no one has showed and no phone call. I tried multiple times to call and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Original plan was to have movers arrive at 9am. Due to issues on their end drivers from Ohio had to come. They arrived at 12pm. Move went pretty quickly and only 1 dent in the wall going up the stairs. Movers were good and got the job done
