Do not use this company. They sent me an email saying they wouldn't service it again and wouldn't tell me why. Within a week the hot tub was empty, cracked, and heater wouldn't come on. They still refused to tell me why they wouldn't service it anymore. I then asked them if they'd replace it and they sent me a quote for 20k. They broke it and didn't want to take the blame so canceled me as a customer unless of course I wanted to spend 20k with them for a new one.
Affordable has been servicing our hot tub for years. Our old one gave out and they gave us a great price for a new one. They also went above and beyond in their customer service and installation! Really appreciate them.
