Since enquiring about a 1 bdrm granny flat we have had a phone consultation with Jody to obtain a detailed turn key quote and have also booked a factory visit in the coming weeks. We had a very good experience with Affordable Modular Buildings, Pha and Tim were excellent to work with, and we were very happy with our home that was safely delivered.
I just wanted to say how much Sam has been a pleasure to work with in our initial discussions in relation to getting a Granny Flat for our Family. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. This has helped us make our decision to going with Affordable modular Buildings. We have just started our journey and looking forward to the final product in late Dec/early Jan.
