I purchased my motor scooter in August 2017. After trying a few of them I settled on a 3 wheel pride with springs on the front wheel that act like a shock absorber. I have only used their service department for an annual check- up where they greased the rear axles. They were able to do the service while I waited. I am pleased I purchased my electric scooter here because of their service department, and I feel comfortable contacting them for additional information about my scooter. Bill Oliver Sacramento, CA
