Not sure about other jobs but nothing more frustrating as a professional than someone making an agreement to service. But after waiting 2 hours, no show, not even a call why.
I hoped this mechanic, Jonathan, would be my "go-to" mechanic, but not the case; day 1, he scheduled time to arrive at my home at numerous different times & didn't keep to any of these times. While changing the oil on my car, he punctured the oil filter w/ a screwdriver to remove it, this didn't work & then stated that he didnt know what to do & he was not going to be able to continue work on the vehicle because he "didn't want to damage the engine anymore", ultimately he was able to get the filter off, luckily, after numero... read more
