Worst customer experience I have ever received! Would not recommend this company to any one. My AC blew up a year and 3 months after having bought my NEW house. Of course my warranty only covers parts so I have to pay for the labor which I am fine with however, they wanted to charge me $160 to ship the part. I went to the office and talked to Katrina and she said in front of me and the AC guy that they would cover the cost. Not try. That they would cover it. All Manufactured homes come with a 1 YEAR all inclusive warranty, After that amenities such as A/C, appliances, etc. are covered under their own individual warranties. In this case A/C's have a Stepdown warranty (All A/C's have this, even in a conventional home) Most A/C units do not cover labor after the first year. 2.
