This is the second time that I've used affordable medical equipment. Each time gets better and better with the new equipment that they have to rent out. On June 5th I bought two batteries for an electric scooter for my father. He passed away on June 8th. I contacted Affordable Medical USA a couple days later to see about returning the unused batteries. Although I had passed the five day return policy, they were understanding and told me to bring them back when I can. I stopped in and they took the batteries back and gave me a refund. If you need medical equipment (from A to Z), the Affordable Medical Equipment store has it! They have been so helpful and informative without being "pushy." They will be honest if something isn't going to work for you even though it means the loss of a sale.The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. They have helped make my life more mobile, safe and comfortable due to the purchases we have made through them. Great place with great people!
GB120 is an excellent mobility scooter. Easy to assemble and break down and with a removable battery for charging it turned out to be a great investment for us Working with the team at Mobility Solutions was an added bonus for this process. Needed a cane r/t left knee pain, came right in did the measurement and I was back out the door in approximately 15-20 minutes. Great atmosphere and others were in the store shopping for their different aids. I feel like I joined a happy family and will definitely go back for all my mobility needs🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟‼️
