Never showed up! He was supposed to look at my mother’s central A/C unit and told her he’d be there later in the day. He never showed up and never called to let her know what happened or reschedule. Keep in mind this was in the middle of the last heat waive and she’s almost 80.
Extremely prompt and was so kind. Even a stupid issue, that he was so easily able to fix! Will definitely be using him in the future.
Hired Mike to install a full HVAC system, and water heater. He billed me and I paid in full at the end of the project. But there were a few misc items still left to complete, Including a supply in a room that he promised to return to do.
