We wish that appliance dealers would not get this guy to do their warranty work, as he either cancels appts on them, refuses to come, or simply gets ******* and walks out on the call! Our washing machine is about 9 months old and under factory warranty. ** chose him to come here, and he called here was extremely rude and canceled the appt cuz it was done thru ge on their online appts, which their phone recording recommends to do, and we did.
