Bought a hybrid mattress here 7 or 8 years ago, and it's still very comfortable. The sales experience was also great, no "salesmen" following you around the store trying to sell you everything you touch.
We recently furnished much of our new lake house through BoxDrop in Kalamazoo, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mark, the owner, went above and beyond from start to finish. We purchased our living room furniture, dining room set, two mattresses, and bedroom furniture, and everything was delivered quickly and exactly as promised. Great experience. Mark is extremely honest which is hard to find when shopping for anything. I asked him a question that I’ve asked all the furniture salesmen I’ve dealt with and he is the only one who gave me an honest answer rather than the bullcrap that others have given me. Couldn’t recommend him and his business enough.
