Every time the owner answers the phone he seems inebriated. I ordered 50 yrd's of black mulch to start 120 yrd job. His driver shows up at noon with 10 yards of brown. He said he would go back and get the correct color in ordered. He never came back and him and the owner named Tony would not answer my calls. This went on all day until he found out the size of the property and that I was going to pay cash. I want to thank Sharon and the team at Affordable Materials who have been great partners in improving our property. Sharon is genuine, responsible and thoughtful, and she's well-connected to local landscape professionals, which is very helpful in coordinating everything coming together.
The topsoil was excellent quality at a good price--the cheapest I could find in this area. Tony, the owner, is hilarious and conscientious. He schedules you in quickly and is responsive to calls, texts, etc. He even has a very hard-working guy, Milton, who can come and spread the dirt. Affordable Materials made the whole project easy. Thank you so much to your whole team!!! I highly recommend this company.
