The topsoil was excellent quality at a good price--the cheapest I could find in this area. Tony, the owner, is hilarious and conscientious. He schedules you in quickly and is responsive to calls, texts, etc. He even has a very hard-working guy, Milton, who can come and spread the dirt. Affordable Materials made the whole project easy. Thank you so much to your whole team!!! I highly recommend this company.

Tony is very easy to do business with and wants to make sure that his customers are happy with the product. Very good prices and can normally deliver the same day that the order is placed. I've been using him for the past four years, and plan to continue to do so for many years to come!

It most certainly was Affordable Materials, Tony! Ordered 40 yards fill and received medium sized aggregate with some fill mixed in. Was offered discounted topsoil to help resolve the issue. Topsoil was not enough (also don’t believe I received the full amount) and completely messed up the whole job and caused 4 times the amount of work. Very unhappy due to how this caused the yard project to turn out horribly.
