I am a building contractor. My customer purchased a countertop through Dream Kitchen of Florida. He already paid $3.800 and wanted to get his countertop installed. The owner of dream kitchen is really sick and can not proceed to deal with Affordable Marble & Granite. Now they deny to do a template and install the countertop even that my customer will pay the rest of $4,200. So the total was $8,000. Extremely pleased with the service, response and product. My cabinets and counter top was finalized today. Kitchen looks beautiful! I can't say enough about Scott, he is very helpful! Office Staff: Kim, Brooke and other lady are so patient and were always willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Extremely patient with me. They also replaced my lanai countertop a few months ago. Definitely recommend them, great to work with! Glad I chose them over the two other companies i got quotes from!
We recently had cabinets and countertops done installed and they look great. I have known about the company for years and when it came time to update our kitchen I thought of them immediately. My neighbor had countertops done by them about 7 months ago and wished they had them for the cabinets. Scott is wonderful professionally and has a great personality. Today was a special day in our home! Nate and Sammy cleaned and resealed our kitchen counter tops. We received a great review so that we can keep it as clean and shiny as they did today. I am very pleased with the process from start to finish. I called the office and Ray came by to take the initial measurements and estimate of what the job would cost. Madison was the primary office person I dealt with and she was very courteous and professional in the scheduling and followup and reminders of what each step would entail. We completed new cabinet installation as well as granite by Affordable. I had shopped around to numerous other providers but went back to Affordable as the customer responsiveness right from the first visit with Kim was very good. She went with me to look at counters a few times in the storage area and also was very good with showing the cabinets and explaining the difference in each. You have an employee by the name of Cole Erickson. He recently had a DUI in Minnesota and may be driving with a limited license out of state. There may be restrictions for driving out of state. By my observation he still is drinking and driving. Check his driving and criminal record.
First time I used company, granite looked great. This time, the veins on all surfaces are running Side to side along the counter tops. This is in the bathrooms, and in the kitchen, but when you get to the largest piece in the kitchen, the island. The veins run up and down. Looks like scraps were used. Ray says he will replace the island piece, I really don't know how when he only had 2 pieces to start with. Also on install the granite does not look like the piece I chose.
