We had 10 passengers that were transported to the Miami cruise terminal. We arranged to be picked up one week later at the same terminal. When I disembarked from the ship The 10 passenger van was not there. I attempted to call their cell number, but there was no response after five calls. I texted the same number that I confirmed with 2 days before that they would be at the terminal, but there was no response for the text message. Exceptional service! Despite multiple delays with our flights, they were understanding and able to accommodate the airport pickup at 1am with no issues. Provided top-notch service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car service.
